"Renée Rauchalles puts the archetypal aspect of the emotions in visible and real existing operational structures and scenes. These images are not meant to convey a hopeless condition, but rather serve as a warning directed to the consciousness of mankind. They are metaphorised structures of what may come when man loses his vigilance ( also towards himself) . Most of her issues are therefore of global concerns, that are often overtaken by reality."                                                                                                                                                                                                      Dr. Alexandra Hildebrandt, literary scholar

In her fantastically realistic picture cycle "The Bleeding Planet" ("Der blutende Planet") or „Stations of the cross of Man“ ("Kreuzgwegstationen des Menschen"), which symbolizes the darkness and the visible, one encounters issues such as violence, power, death and the environment, but also the option of conversion, as in the picture "Reconciliation" ("Versöhnung") so that man through reconciliation with himself and the" „real " world can find a violence-free life. The last picture of this cycle, "Dance of the Violins“ ("Tanz der Geigen"), which you can see above in the overview (click to enlarge), forms the transition to her abstract works, to a self-determined free inner world that we can create ourselves. Below you can see the work group in the correct order. But if you click above in the overview, the first picture „Aufbruch / Awakening“, the yellow arrow will lead you automatically in the right order to the next picture.
